What I did

I joined IPSY as a Senior Product Designer in 2022, a pivotal moment for the company, BoxyCharm had just been acquired and was being integrated under the IPSY umbrella. Over nearly three years, I designed across all four subscription (Glam Bag, BoxyCharm, Icon Box, Beauty Boost, and Refreshments) and the e-commerce platform, working on everything from onboarding and subscription management to product discovery and checkout.

One of my first major contributions was helping shape the unified experience after the BoxyCharm merger — ensuring that members from both sides of the acquisition felt at home in a single, cohesive platform. As part of that migration, I also worked on the launch of Beauty Boost, a new add-on that gave migrating BoxyCharm members an upgraded tier at strong value.

I contributed to the rebrand and integration of BoxyCharm under the IPSY umbrella, helping scale the design system across teams, and I also participated in and won two internal hackathons, Innovation and Simplification (2022) and Conversion Driver (2024).
